Andrew Pieper Named Membership Recruiter of the Month – January 2020
Andrew Pieper with Hillwood Communities has been honored as the top membership recruiter for the month of January 2020. Each month the Dallas BA will reward the top membership recruiter in the Association with a premium parking space at the Plano office.
Andrew has been in the home building industry for over 10 years. Many facets of the Dallas BA are very important to him, he says. “For me, as a developer, our customers are builders. What affects builders affects us. (Staying involved in the Dallas BA) is a great opportunity to keep my finger on the pulse of the industry so I can stay on top of things and help our builder partners. The goal is to give back and help serve,” he explains.
What is his secret to recruiting new members? He helps prospects understand why being part of the Dallas BA community benefits everyone. “We are better off together and behind the same shield,” Andrew says. “It’s better than going at it alone.”
He stresses that he is incredibly proud of all the home building industry has accomplished to encourage growth in Dallas. “We can all be proud of our success in making DFW one of the strongest markets in the entire country. That speaks to the successes of our (builder) membership base and the contractors that support them. It all trickles down. People are moving here for a reason,” says Andrew.
