Certifications

Earn your next certification at the Dallas BA.

The Dallas BA offers nationally recognized certifications developed by the National Association of Home Builders. Programs are available for builders, remodelers, associates, real estate agents and sales and marketing professionals.

Certified Star Builder

A Certified Builder has to qualify for this by demonstrating certain requirements through course hours, certification, proof of insurance, by having a warranty program, and by being a good standing member of the TAB, NAHB and the Dallas BA. There is currently no other state certification, program or license of any kind that shows that the Builder is qualified. Being a CB is a significant accomplishment for only a few Dallas Home Builders. This certification demonstrates that the Builder believes in and supports his/her industry through the CB’s formal and continuing education requirements and the NAHB’s certification requirements. The CB certification reflects the Builder’s commitment to a professional approach to business and to ensuring that they serves their customers in a safe work environment.
