Chad Tschetter Named Membership Recruiter of the Month – December 2019
Chad Tschetter with M/I Homes is the Association’s top membership recruiter for the month of December 2019. Each month the Dallas BA will reward the top membership recruiter with a premium parking space at the Plano office.
Chad has been in the home building industry for 20 years and stresses that the Association is incredibly important to him. “The Dallas BA is the most important advocate for the home building industry in Dallas,” he explains. “The Dallas BA facilitates initiatives that are crucial to the long term viability of our industry.”
What is his secret to recruiting new members? Helping others understand the impact the Dallas BA makes. “I only hire vendors that are members of the Dallas BA,” he says. “Once we explain the impact the Dallas BA has for our business, it is an easy sell.”
He believes that the home building industry is critical to support job growth in Dallas. “Our Metro added 1 million jobs in a decade. Without new homes we could not have added those jobs,” says Chad.
