Collin County Updating Subdivision, Floodplain, Drainage Design and Roadway Regulations
Collin County is currently scheduled to hold a public hearing on updates to the county’s subdivision regulations, floodplain regulations, drainage design and roadway standards on Sept. 28.
The county’s subdivision regulations were last updated in April of 2019, while floodplain regulations have not seen major changes since 2009. Collin County is seeking input from stakeholders.
