Dallas Development Services to Offer Training Webinar for Upgraded ProjectDox Permitting Software
The City of Dallas Development Services department has reported that the city’s upgrade to version 9.2 of their ProjectDox permitting platform has progressed well. Dallas city staff has already begun training. The updated platform is currently scheduled to go live on Monday, August 8, 2022.
In the effort to actively engage the development community and permit applicants, the city is offering software training and demonstration. For its initial phase, the city has scheduled a web-based orientation hosted by ProjectDox VP of Products, Duane Green, who will review the new platform, as well as seek feedback and discussion to further improve applicant experience.
The webinar sessions are expected to be 1 to 1 ½ hours in length. There will be two opportunities to participate, Tuesday, July 12 at 9 AM and Wednesday, July 13 at 3 PM. The city will send information on how to register for the webinars soon and Dallas BA will provide an update when we receive that information.
An additional applicant training phase is planned to occur following the platform going live on Aug. 8.
