This year-long program is offered for Builders, Associates, and Affiliates. It provides a chance to learn about key leadership concepts and increases one’s self-awareness around these topics. Also, it is an excellent way to become introduced to leadership opportunities in the DBA and interact with key leaders within the industry. This program is limited to twenty participants.
