Denton to Begin Discussions and Meetings on Impact Fees
The City of Denton will soon begin a discussion on the amending of impact fees. Denton assesses impact fees per rooftop for roadway, water, and wastewater.
Denton currently plans to discuss the item during an Oct. 12 Planning and Zoning work session, then hold a Developer Town Hall Meeting on Oct. 13, followed by more discussion at the Oct. 18 City Council work session.
As it did when roadway impact fees were introduced in Denton, Dallas BA will monitor this process and voice our industry’s concerns as needed. We will provide updates as they become available.
