Denton to Host Virtual Community Meeting on Comprehensive Plan Update
The City of Denton, on May 25, will host a virtual community charrette to hear the public’s concerns and ideas related to the city’s update of its comprehensive plan. New Growth Areas and Infrastructure are among the topics that could be of interest to builders and developers.
As it relates to residential development, municipal comprehensive plans are frequently referred to as councils and committees draft updates to ordinances.

This is the third virtual community meeting Denton has held on the initiative. Dallas BA participated in a development related stakeholder meeting earlier this year and will continue to monitor the update.
