Parade of Homes presented by Atmos Energy benefiting Operation Finally Home

Custom-built luxury Dallas homes will be showcased in the Dallas Builders Association 2022 Parade of Homes (TM) presented by Atmos Energy.  This scattered-site, self-guided tour benefits Operation FINALLY HOME, an organization that provides custom mortgage-free homes to combat-wounded U.S. military veterans and their families.

Attendees purchasing tickets in advance will be emailed a link to the event map with home addresses the week prior to the event. Wristbands can be picked up at any home on the tour and must be worn at all times. No re-entry into homes. Please review event rules prior to purchase.

Tickets may be purchased online at Eventbrite until 4:00 pm the day of the event. Tickets will also be available at each home (CASH ONLY) on May 7 until 4:00 pm. The map for the Parade of Homes will be made available here and on our website (ParadeofHomesDallas.com) beginning on May 5 for those that want to purchase tickets on the day of the event.

In the case of rain, registration will be staged in the garage or in the foyer of the homes.  While shoe covers will be provided at each home, if there is severe rain, please be prepared to remove your shoes to enter the homes.  Wet umbrellas will not be allowed INSIDE any of the homes; please be prepared to leave them outside the home.

RULES:

• No cameras or photography is allowed inside the home (this includes cell phone cameras). Anyone taking photos outside or in the homes will risk the surrender of their ticket.
• These are private residences. No bathrooms are available for public use. Some or all areas of the homes may not be wheelchair accessible.
• Please remove your shoes or wear the provided booties at each featured home.
• Turn off or mute cell phones while in the homes. Please take calls outside.
• No food or drinks may be taken inside the homes.
• No smoking is allowed inside the homes or on the property. Please dispose of cigarette butts before entering the property.
• Do not open closed doors, closets, cabinets, drawers, or refrigerators.
• Do not enter areas that have been closed or blocked off.
• Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. A child under the age of 6 must hold the hand of an adult while walking through the house.
• Please follow all street signage regarding parking and do not block driveways or walk on lawns or landscaping.
• No pets allowed.
• No large bags or backpacks are allowed on the property.

Please note, you DO NOT have to begin at home #1.  This tour is self-guided, which means that you can begin at any home you wish, in any order, at any time during the Parade of Homes event hours of 10:00am-5:00 pm.  Please check-in and pick up your wristbands and a printed program at your first home.  A good rule of thumb is to allow 45 minutes for each home including travel time.
