37 years of service on several Garland committees, boards and the Plan Commission

18 years as Chairman of the Garland Plan Commission

Recognized by the Dallas County Courts as an expert in Zoning, Building Codes and HOA documents

Scott has presented zoning cases for clients to many City Commissions and City Councils
