Frisco Revising Impact Fees
The City of Frisco is in the revision process of its Capital Improvement Plan and Impact Fee schedules as they relate to roadway, water and wastewater impact fees.
It is expected that the City Council could hold a hearing as early as next week on that matter. Dallas BA has been reviewing the CIP study and is offering comments.
