Important Survey on City of Dallas Permitting Timelines
The Association needs builders with recent projects in the City of Dallas to provide feedback on how long the permitting process has taken them. The city’s data suggests that the process is currently taking just over a month. However, we continue to hear from members who have (and are) waiting much longer than that.
