Last Chance to Weigh in on WOTUS – Comments Due April 15

NAHB is urging members and HBAs to voice support for the proposed new definition for “waters of the United States” (WOTUS) by submitting comment letters to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Army Corps of Engineers by next Monday, April 15. NAHB has created a letter template that can be edited and customized on behalf of home builders or HBAs.
The Trump administration’s proposed new definition will resolve years of uncertainty over where federal jurisdiction begins and ends, representing an important victory for NAHB members.
