McKinney Seeking Stakeholder Input on Proposed Development Standards Draft

The City of McKinney is seeking input on the public draft of its new development standards. This is part of McKinney’s overall updating of their development code. The New Code McKinney initiative is the city’s attempt to focus on making its development regulations more user friendly and more competitive, while being representative of McKinney’s comprehensive plan.

  • Article 2: Landscaping, Tree Preservation, Parking and Loading, Architectural and Site Design Standards
  • Article 3: Subdivision Standards
  • Article 4: Signs
  • Article 5: Exterior Lighting
  • Article 6: Fences
  • Article 7: Stormwater Management

Stakeholders can offer input via this Survey. The survey is open through Oct. 24.
