Rush for the Goal Line August 2023 Membership Drive in Full Swing!
The Dallas Builders Association’s month-long membership drive has begun this August! The Association needs help from members to find candidates to join the Dallas BA.
This month’s drive corresponds with the NAHB offering double Spike credits and a statewide drive being coordinated by the Texas Association of Builders. Incentives, courtesy of StrucSure Home Warranty, are available when members are recruited directly or a prospect joins after referral to Director of Membership Coleman Yates.
Drive participants are urged to use their own networks for recruitment prospects. There will be a grand prize of five $200 gift certificates to the Tower Club of Dallas for an exclusive dinner experience with a grand view of Downtown Dallas! This prize will be awarded to the five-person team that recruits the most members during the month of August. The top individual membership recruiter for the month of August will receive a $500 gift card for their efforts. Any member that recruits during the month of August that does not join a team will be recognized as a ‘free agent’ that can recruit members and be eligible for individual incentives.

Goal: 40 new builder and associate members TOTAL recruited during the month of August.
Incentives:
1 member recruited: Meet board recruitment obligation
2+ members: $50 Visa gift card for each member brought in
2x Spike credits from NAHB
Annual recruitment incentives, listed below, still apply
2 members – Dallas BA Swag
4 members – $50 Gift Card
6 members – $100 Gift Card
8 members – $500 Gift Card

Reach out to your current contacts who are not yet Dallas BA members. Verify if they are or are not members using the online directory at DallasBuilders.org.
Recruitment of past members or retention of those still pending on the renewal lists are eligible for credit. Builder or Associate “Additional” memberships will receive half credit.
