 
Certified Star Builders will have demonstrated their company’s desire to go above and beyond. The requirement of the certification includes proof of general liability insurance, participation in an OSHA safety plan, energy considerations and continuing education.
All Certified Star Builders (CSBs) must hold a Certified Graduate Builder, Graduate Master Builder, Certified Green Professional or Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist certification from the National Association of Home Builders. The certification will require renewal each year to authenticate the parameters of the certification are still being met.
