Turner Honored for Extraordinary Efforts on Dallas BA Rebuild
At their May meeting, the Dallas BA Board of Directors honored Past President Michael Turner with Classic Urban Homes for his “extraordinary efforts that resulted in an outstanding home for our Association and staff” via a resolution that conveyed their “deepest and most whole-hearted appreciation for a job well done.”
Turner served as chair of the Association’s Rebuilding Task Force tasked with renovating the headquarters following catastrophic flood damage sustained during the winter storm of 2021.
The resolution, along with two photos of the newly completed office were memorialized on a plaque presented to Turner at the end of the June Executive Committee meeting. The plaque bears the logo of the Rebuilding #BetterTogether campaign that recently won the Dallas BA an Association Excellence Award from NAHB.
