On average, members who hold the Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS) designation report higher company revenues than that of their competition who hold no designations. According to the National Association of Home Builders builder member census, evaluated by NAHB Economics, CAPS designation holders saw an increase of $110,838 in company revenue. By holding a CAPS designation, members not only see increased profits, but also gain credibility amongst consumers. By becoming CAPS designated you will become an expert in understanding the technical, business management and customer service skills essential to competing in the fastest-growing segment of the residential remodeling industry—home modifications for the aging-in-place market.
