Builder Promotions to Help Your Business! 

There are a number of ways for the Dallas BA to help builder members realize the value of their membership with the Association. Some of the best ways to do this are with the Home of the Week feature with the Dallas Morning News and the Builder Spotlight Feature with Candy’s Dirt.

The Dallas Morning News “Home of the Week” Feature

In conjunction with The Dallas Morning News, the Dallas BA showcases a builder member’s project each week as the Home of the Week. This project can be showcased at any level of completion for this feature. A photo or rendering of the home and a story are featured every Sunday in The Dallas Morning News’ New Home section, Dallasnews on DallasBuilders.com, Houzz, Instagram and other Dallas BA social media sites. This free service represents a value of more than $2,000. This is a great way for builders to get their brand out to the general public in a powerful way.

Candy’s Dirt Builder Spotlight 

 

The Dallas BA has teamed up with Candy’s Dirt, one of the area’s premier real estate websites, to offer a builder spotlight feature. With up to 100,000 visitors daily, Candy’s Dirt gives builder members outstanding visibility. The builder members that are featured are able to provide photos of their work to the publication. It can be an excellent way to promote a builder to a multitude of potential buyers and clients.
